What it does
Running Up fires when a ticker is moving fast: meaningful price movement in a short window, without yet breaking the session high. It is often the earlier signal that precedes an HOD alert, giving you a few extra seconds to size the trade.
How it works
The scanner watches each ticker's velocity over a rolling window. When percent move per second exceeds threshold and tape volume confirms, the alert fires and the row prepends to the Running Up panel with a gold flash and audio cue.
What makes it different
Two scanners cover two windows: HOD for confirmed breaks, Running Up for the lead-up. Trade either signal or both. Each panel runs its own rotating alert with a flash so you hear and see the moment, even if your eyes are on the chart.
